摘要
用细菌内毒素建立豚鼠的牙髓炎模型,借助体外培养的L929细胞,在培养液中加入正常和炎症的牙髓组织上清液,采用成纤维细胞增殖法测定正常和炎症牙髓组织中白细胞介素1(IL1)的活性。结果发现正常牙髓组织无IL1的活性,炎症牙髓组织产生明显的IL1活性,并随内毒素诱导时间的延长而增强。IL1为牙髓炎的主要介质之一,介导了牙髓炎的发生和发展。
The authors established guinea pig pulp inflamation model with large intestine bacillus lipopoly saccharide (Ecoli O 111 :B 4, LPS). In order to detect the activity of IL 1 in healthy and inflamed pulp surpernates, the authors used rat lung fibroblasts (FB, L 929 cells) as response cells. The results of the experiment were as follows: healthy pulp had no activity of IL 1, inflamed pulp marked activity of IL 1, the activity of IL 1 increased when inducing time increased, the activity of IL 1 was time dependent. In conclusion, the authors have demonstrate that IL 1 is a primaty mediator of inflamed pulp which mediates occuring and developing of pulp inflamation.
