摘要
本文从中医学角度阐明慢性布鲁氏病的病机为邪毒留伏、瘀血痹阻、阴津亏虚。清热解毒、活血化瘀、养阴生津是其主要治则。加味四逆散是治疗该病较为理想的方药,并初步揭示该方治疗慢性布鲁氏病的作用机制。
This paper expouded, according to TCM, that the patho-mechanisms of chronic brucellosis were retentive and hidden pathogen, blocking of blood stasis, vacuity of ym and liquid. The main methods of treatment were clearing heat and resolving toxins, transforming stasis and quickening the blood, nourishing yin and generating liquid. Jiawei Sini San was a ideal prescription for treating this disease.' This paper also revealed the mechanism by which it treated this disease.
