CHILD综合征:异常角化及超微结构的分析 被引量：2

摘要 CHILD综合征是一种包括了先天性半侧发育不良、鱼鳞病样红斑及肢体缺陷的疾病,作者报告了1例CHILD综合征患者,对其进行了长达3年的观察,并进行了组织病理、免疫组化及电镜的研究。组织病理显示角质层增厚角化不全及正角化病交替,并见大的或影子颗粒细胞。免疫组化表明染基底细胞层的AE1抗体可在基底层上方细胞内表达,电镜发现表皮上部细胞内及细胞间隙可见许多层状及膜状结构。并伴有粘接小体的存在。
