摘要
论述了日本锻造工业中与高精密锻造相关的高精度模具加工、导向精度控制、锻件材质改善及锻造自动化、表面处理等基础技术；介绍了复合锻造、闭塞锻造。
This paper makes discussions on the processing of the high precision die ,the control of the precision of guiding,the improvement of the materials of the forged parts and the automation of the forging technology in relation to the high precision forging and the forging industry in Japan,and intoduces the methods of precision forgings as composite forging,the closed plunger forging and the cold forging etc together with the forging of some typical parts.
