摘要
通过对层状TiAl基合金进行拉伸卸载试验,研究了不同预损伤对层状TiAl基合金断裂行为的影响。试验结果表明:随着损伤程度增加到一定程度,材料的弹性模量减小;随着预损伤程度的增加,裂纹面密度增大。通过统计分析发现裂纹面密度可以作为衡量损伤程度的损伤参量;但随着预损伤程度的增加,单位面积断裂功基本不变,进一步说明不同预损伤对层状TiAl基合金的最终断裂性能没有影响。
The effect of different pre-damage on fracture behavior of lamellar TiA1 alloys by means of tensile tests at various unloading loads was studied. The results show that the elastic module decreases with damage increasing to some degree. The surface density of cracks increases with the increasing of the degreeof pre-damage. The surface density of cracks is regarded as damage parameter by statistical analysis. However, the fracture energy per unit area remains as constant, which means that different pre-damage has no effect on the final fracture properties of lamellar titanium aluminum alloys.
