摘要
首先对震害进行了简单分析,并从底层大空间的刚度、剪力墙布置、转换楼层布置、延性框架几方面论述了抗震概念设计要点,指出为使底部大空间剪力墙结构体系在地震作用下有良好的抗震性能,对其进行抗震概念设计是非常必要的。
In the text it briefly analyses the hazards generating by the earthquake at first. The points of quake-proof conceptual design are discussed from the rigidity of bottom big space, the layout of shear wall and conversion layer, ductile frame. It points out the bottom big space shear wall having good quake-proof capability is very necessary to quake-proof conceptual design.
