实验性肉种鸡葡萄球菌关节炎的发病机制——左旋氧氟沙星治疗后鸡血清细胞因子水平的动态变化

摘要 5周龄健康艾维茵肉鸡120羽随机均分为空白对照组、药物对照组、感染组和药物治疗组。人工复制鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎的病理模型,并用左旋氧氟沙星治疗,测定血清中IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α的动态变化。结果表明:整个试验过程中,感染组及感染治疗组血清中IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α的水平与空白对照组相比,均有不同程度的升高;感染治疗组与感染组比较,血清中IL-1β的含量给药后1、7、14、21、28 d差异显著(P<0.05);血清中IL-2的含量7、14、21、28、35 d差异显著(P<0.05);血清中TNF-α的含量5、7、14、28 d差异显著(P<0.05)。由此认为上述3种细胞因子参与了鸡葡萄球菌关节炎的发生、发展,且IL-1β、TNF-α以损伤为主。 One hundred and twenty 5-week-old healthy broilers were divided at random into four group:vacancy control group,drug control group,infection control group and test group, 30 every group. By replicating artificially the arthritis model with Staphylococcu.s aureus and therapy with levofloxacin,the dynamic changes of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-2(IL-2) and tumor necrosis faetor-α(TNF-α) levels in serum were measured. The result indicated that IL-1β,IL-2 and TNF-α levels in serum,all had a rise in different degree,in the infection control group and test group as compared with vacancy control group, and that between the infection control group and test group,the serum IL-1β levels had a significant differenee(P〈0. 05) at 1, 7,14,21,28 d after therapy with levofloxaein; the IL-2 at 7,14,21,28,35 d and TNF-α at 5,7,14,28 d did so. It was concluded that the three eytokines above mentined took part in the pathogenesis of arthritis in chicken.
