免疫功能低下曲霉菌感染机制的实验研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的通过免疫力低下曲霉菌感染动物模型的建立,探讨免疫力低下曲霉菌感染机制。方法兔耳静脉大剂量注射甲泼尼龙造成动物免疫力低下,采用乳胶增强散射比浊法测定免疫功能;通过病理组织切片PAS染色,观察动物感染模型主要脏器的病理改变。结果给实验动物注射甲泼尼龙3d后,可使动物免疫指标下降(与用药前检测值相比);组织病理学结果,曲霉菌感染后,可使心、肺、肝、肾等多脏器发生病理改变,特别是肺脏和肾脏的病理改变,从而导致肺功能和肾功能的衰竭。结论曲霉菌感染可使免疫力低下动物造成多脏器的病理改变;加强免疫功能低下曲霉菌感染机制的研究,对曲霉菌感染的诊断、治疗、预防和控制具有重要的意义。 OBJECTIVE To establish the animal model and investigate the lethal factor of aspergillosis infection during hypoimmunity. METHODS Methylprednisolone Na succinate was injected through rabbit's ear vein. Changes in immune indexes were observed using PENIA method. Major organs of rabbit,were dyed with PAS and processed pathologic analysis. RESULTS After 3d methylprednisolone Na succinate injection, several immune indexes declined when compared to before injection. Liver, kidneys, heart and lungs all had pathologic changes, especially kidneys and lungs. CONCLUSIONS Aspergillus infection can bring on pathologic changes in several organs during hypoimmunity. Mechanism research should be enhanced for it is important in diagnosis, therapy and control of asDeruillus infection. Clinician should attach importance to asDeruillus infection.
