摘要
与其他社会组织的管理相比,大学管理有其特殊性。大学管理的特殊性是由大学组织的特殊性所决定,并体现于大学管理的基本问题、大学管理的主体及大学的治理三个方面。
Compared to other social organizations, university management is special, that is because of the speciality of university organization itself, which shows in the basic problems of university management, stakeholder of the university,and the corporate governance of university.
