摘要
我院自1980年5月~1995年5月,15年间共施行食管癌切除食管胃吻合术255例。术后发生吻合口瘘11例,发生率为43%,其中死亡3例,其瘘死亡率为273%。本文重点讨论了此并发症发生的有关因素,提出了治疗方法及其预防措施。
The authors report the experience of prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage after resection of esophageal carcinoma.Resection of esophageal cancer was performed in 255 patients from May of 1980 to May of 1995 in our hospital.Anastomotic leakage occurred in 11 patients with an overall incidence of 4.3%(11/255).In comparison,death occurred to 3 patients.Mortality was 27%(3/11).Related factors of the complication were discussed.Treatment and prevention methods were suggested.
