摘要
应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对22例颈内静脉扩张症的患者进行了检测。结果显示患者屏气时扩张血管的内径、横截面积和最大血流速度与健侧血管相同指标间差异有高度显著性和显著性(P<0.01和0.05);而平静呼吸时,患侧与健侧的上述各项指标间差异不明显,这与本病的病理改变相吻合,并有6例经X线造影得到证实。本文认为,CDFI作为一种简便、无创的探测方法对该病具有特异性诊断价值,完全可以取代有创的静脉造影检查。
22 case of internal jugular vein dilation were examined by Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI).The results showed that the inner diameter,cross area and maximal flow velocity of dilated vesseles were significantly different from that of normal side when respiration paused(P<0.01 and 0.05).In condition of rest respiration,there was no significant difference in the above parameters between the vesseles of the sick side and the normal side and this was in accordance with the pathological changes of this disease,and there were 6 cases who were testified by X_ray angiography.We concluded that the invasive vein angiography could be replaced by CDFI as the latter one was a simple,noninvasive method with specific diagnostic value in this disease.
