摘要
本文旨在对风湿性心瓣膜病心衰时合并风湿活动的诊断进行探讨，同时对６４例诊断为风湿性心瓣膜病心衰合并风湿活动患者除心衰常规治疗外，分别采用了阿斯匹林、肾上腺糖皮质激素单用及二者合用进行抗风湿治疗。结果显示：合用阿斯匹林与糖皮质激素较单项使用抗风湿药物效果显著，从而使风湿活动及心衰得到控制，减少和／或减轻了风湿活动对瓣膜、心肌的继续损害。
This paper studies and analyses the diagnosis of the heart failure of rheumatic valvular heart disease with concurrent rheumatic activity. In addition to ordinary anti_rheumatic treatment, Aspirin and Glucocorticoid are also used respectively or combined in 64 cases. The result shows that Aspirin treatment combined with Glucocorticoid was more effective than with either of them. This programme can control the rheumatic activity and heart failure, and abate the damage to valves and cardiacmuscles.
