摘要
成人院校人才引进工作中存在引进计划缺乏系统性、“学历本位”与“科研本位”盛行、科学的人才考核与竞争机制欠缺、“内才”与“外才”重视程度不一等问题。以系统论思想为指导,建立人才规划系统;以“人职匹配”为原则,建立科学的人才考核、竞争与淘汰机制;处理好引进与稳定的关系是解决上述问题的有效方法。
There are some problems in introducing talent into adults' colleges. The problems result from less stress on systematical plan for talent employment, but more stress on the educational background and research ability. The lack of competition and assessment for the talent and the unequal treatment of the"inside talent"with the"outside talent"also cause the problem. The valid solution is to establish the system of talent employment with the principle of "one person one post"and the system of competition, assessment and elimination.
