摘要
为了探讨神经纤维瘤病合并脊柱畸形的发病机理,根据我院1980～1994年收治的32例神纤维瘤病合并脊柱畸形的治疗体会,对其治疗方法进行了改进。经选用"U"形杠及脊柱前后路融合术进行治疗,术后长期随访观察其治疗效果满意。神经纤维瘤合并脊柱侧弯治疗难度大,应及时治疗并定期随访。
Objective:The treatment of neurofibromatosis complicated with spinal deformity is difficult.The mechanism of the deformity formation and the improvement of treatment are dis- cussed.Method:32 cases of scoliosis complicated by neurofibromatosis were admitted from 1980 to 1994.The authors designed a U-shaped rod technique plus the circumferential fusion of the dys- trophic segments(including the upper and lower two spines).Results:Satisfactory outcome was obtained on a follow-up over 3 years.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and periodical follow-up are es- sential to satisfactory results.
