锌锭自动堆码生产线研究开发

摘要 针对韶关冶炼厂锌锭堆码生产过程的实际情况和堆垛要求,将可编程控制器、光机电液技术等相结合,对主要包括生产线机械组成部分、液压系统和计算机控制系统等三大部分的锌锭自动堆码生产线进行了开发.应用效果表明,锌锭自动堆码生产线各项性能指标均达到设计要求,在很大程度上提高了锌锭堆码过程的自动化水平,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率,并使锌锭堆码生产线的长周期稳定运行得到了保证. Based on its factual cases and summarizing some experiences, a zinc automatic stacking production line including three main subsystems such as mechanical transrnission, hydraulic transmission and computer automatic controlling has been developed due to programmable logic controller, hydraulic transmission technique and opto- electrical measurement The application results of the zinc automatic stocking production llne reveal that design needs of its capability indexes were satisfied, its automation level and production efficiency were enhanced and its long stabilization operation was ensured.
