钠氢交换子1在醛固酮导致脏器纤维化中的可能作用

摘要 研究表明醛固酮和脏器纤维化关系密切,而Na+/H+交换子1(NHE1)可能也参与了脏器纤维化的发生,本文就NHE的结构和活性调节、醛固酮的合成和作用机制以及NHE1在醛固酮导致脏器纤维化中可能起到的作用作一综述。
