摘要
只有工业化才能养活中国众多的人口,工业化带动的城市化是国家经济发展、社会进步的必由之路。广东省中心镇是指那些有可能发展成为中小城市的小城镇,中心镇规划理应成为培育一代新城市的重要手段。《广东省中心镇规划指引》正式明确了中心镇执行城市规划标准;增加了小城镇发展策略研究;提出在全镇域建立“三区六线”的空间管制体系;提出在总体规划之后增加建设用地分区管制以加强规划的可操作性,推动中心镇规划由传统的村镇规划向城市规划跨越。
Industrialization is one of the most important ways to support so large a population in China, and urbanization driven by industrialization is the only way to the economic and social development. The central towns in guangdong （CTG） are those towns having possibility to grow up into mediumsized cities. Therefore, the CTG planning is an important way to develop a small town into a new city. In the Guideline for CTG Planning, It is specified that the CTG planning should be adapted to the urban planning criterions and enhance the strategic research for town development. And besides, it suggest setting up a spatial administration system featured with ＂three-zones and six-lines＂ and adding the zoning control of construction land after the master plan in order to enforce the planning operability.
