摘要
文中介绍集热敏电阻型温度传感器,高分子薄膜电容式湿度传感器,原电池型氧气传感器,以及高度集成化的专用芯片为后续电路,配以自行开发软件的智能化温湿度、氧浓度测量仪。该产品性能稳定、功耗低,价格低廉,具有精确数字显示温度、湿度、氧气浓度等功能。
In this paper, a multifunction combined sensor for home application is introduced. It consists of a humidity transducer based on a capacitive humidity sensor, a temperature transducer based on a thermistor sensor, a fuel-cell oxygen sensor and a special high density integrated chip as the follow-up circuit matched with special software. This product enjoys the characteristics of low power dissipation, low cost. Meanwhile, it has the function of digital display of temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration.
