液相法合成多孔棒状碱式碳酸镁初探 被引量:9

Synthesis of Porous Rod-Like Basic Magnesium Carbonate Via Liquid Method

摘要 以氯化镁和碳酸氢铵为原料,采用液相法在10℃~90℃合成出多孔(空腔直径8nm^150nm)棒状(直径0.1μm^1.5μm,长10μm^50μm)碱式碳酸镁。实验结果表明:在反应初期首先形成带空腔的三水碳酸镁,经陈化后逐渐变为碱式碳酸镁。反应时间、温度和表面活性剂均可显著改变空腔尺寸。在实验基础上初步探讨了反应规律。 The porous rod-like basic magnesium carbonate hydrate particles were synthesized in 10℃~90℃using anunonia bicarbonate and magnesium chloride as the raw materials. The pores ,the diameter and the length of the rod-like products were 8nm~150nm,0.1μm~1.5μm and 10μm~50μm, respectively. The experimental result indicated that the porous magnesium carbonate trihydrate formed in the initial reaction stage was changed gradually to the basic magnesium carbonate hydrate after aging for a period of time. The pore size was influenced by the process parameters as the reaction rime,the temperature and the surface active agent(PVA). The related mechanism was discussed primarily based on the experimental phenomena.
