摘要
为了减少乳牙牙髓病及根周病反复多次治疗，减轻患者的痛苦和减少就诊次数，笔者在采用常规处理根管及瘘管的基础上加用抗生素复方制剂填塞替代根管治疗，总有效率９５３９％，其方法简单，疗效可靠。
Antibiotics are combined with the common therapy for dental pulp cavity and fistula to treat dental pulp diseases and periapical peridontitis.The rate of their reoccurence is greatly reduced.So is the pain suffered by the patients.The treatment is simple,95.2% effective and reliable.
