摘要
本文对89例行单纯十二指肠球部溃疡急性穿孔修补的患者进行回顾性研究,分析其并发症发生的危险因素。结果显示近期并发症和下列因素有关:(1)并存病;(2)休克;(3)穿孔时间(>30小时);(4)穿孔直径(>1.0cm);(5)手术时间(>1小时);(6)年龄(>60岁)则并发症重。本组并发症发生率为23.6％,死亡率2.25％。
89 cases of duodenal ulcer with acute perforation who underwent duodenorrhaphy were studied retrosec-tively for risk factors leading to complications during post two years, the results showed that the early complications were associated with facrors as follows:(1) coexisting diseases. (2)shock. (3)perforated time (> 30 hours). (4)diameter of perforation (>1.0cm). (5) operative time (>1. 0 hours). (6) if the complication occurred, the more the old of patients (>60 year olds), the more Severe of the complications the morbidity rate was 28. 1%. the mortality rate was 2. 2%
