摘要
目的探讨声带息肉的手术方式。方法对480例声带息肉病人分别采用支撑喉镜下和间接喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术。结果支撑喉镜下手术治疗治愈率为97.1%;间接喉镜下手术治疗治愈率为98.1%;支撑喉镜下表面麻醉手术组和全身麻醉手术组的治愈率分别为96.2%和97.4%。结论对声带息肉行两种手术方式的临床效果无明显差异(P>0.5),各地医院应根据当地具体情况或医院条件选用不同的手术方式。
Objective To explore the operating method of vocal polyp. Methods Four hundred and eighty patients suffering from vocal polyp were operated and self-retaining laryngoscope 170 cases and indirect laryngoscope 310 cases. Results The cure rates were 97.1% and 98.1% for the operation via self-retaining laryngoscope indirect laryngoscope respectively. The rates were 96.2 % and 97.4 % for superficial aneathesia and the general aneathesia. Conclusion The clinical results of different operation methods have no reasonable difference （ P 〉 0.5） and different methods should be chosen according to the patients＇ condition and hospital＇s situlation.
