摘要
对柜架型材切断的传统工艺进行改进,采用1副切断模,介绍了该模具的结构特点及工作过程。经批量生产验证,该模具结构合理、生产效率高、质量好、经济效益显著。
Traditional process of cutting-off frame material is improved by using one pair of cutting-off die, the structural character and the working process of this die are introduced. Proved by batch production, the die structure is rational, working efficiency is high, quality is good, and the economic profit is markedly.
