高性能碳纤维及其复合材料的技术进步

Technological progress in making high-performance carbon fibre and its composite materials

摘要 高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维经过25年的开发和技术进步,出现了高强中模和高强高模的系列产品,而高性能沥青基碳纤维经过18年的研究开发,出现了超高模量、高导热性和氟化碳纤维等品种。本文重点介绍其新技术、成形用中间材料及高性能复合材料的新进展。 PAN-based carbon fibre series with high strength/intermediate modulus and high strength/high modulus have been put into production as a result of their 25 years’development and technological progress,whilethe emergence of carbon fibre with superhigh modulus and high heatconductivityand fluorinated carbon fibre derives itself from 18 years’research and development of high-performance pitch-based carbon fibre. This article lays stress onthe new technology applied in the above production process as well as the new development of high-performance composite materials and their formative intermediate materials.
