摘要
通过对淠史杭灌区可用水资源现状的分析,从加大水土流失保护力度、加快续建配套工程建设、推广节水灌溉技术、加强灌区工程管理和增建水源工程5个方面来分析可持续利用对策。
Through the analysis on the actuality of usable water resource in the Pishihang Irrigation Area, this article tries to figure out the solution to sustainable usage from five aspects：enhancing the protection of water resource and soil,quickening the construction of relative project, generalizing the technique of water - saving irrigation, strengthening the management of construction in the Irrigation Area and adding projects in the fountainhead.
