X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrum Analysis of the Trace Elements in Dutch Red Celery

摘要 提出了荷兰红芹中微量元素的X射线荧光光谱分析方法。熔珠法制备试样及标准试样。并提出了用重吸收剂技术和高倍稀释技术联用消除基体效应的方法,同时研究了谱线干扰的消除方法。此法可广泛用于多种药用植物中的微量元素分析。 X-ray fluorescence spectrum method to analyse the trace elements in Dutch Red Celery was presented. The samples and the standards were prepared by fusion method. Matrix effects were eliminated by the technique of applying the heavy absorber in combination with the highly effective diluent. Also the method to eliminate the interferences of spectral lines was studied. This method can be widely used for the analysis of trace elements of midicinal herbs.
