应激影响女性生殖内分泌功能机制的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 躯体和心理应激均能激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,并在下丘脑、垂体、卵巢3个水平影响女性生殖内分泌功能。其机制与应激引起的促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、糖皮质激素、β-内啡肽过度释放等密切相关,而个体对应激的敏感性和中枢5-羟色胺能及γ-氨基丁酸能神经活性有关。 Physical and psychological stresses activate the hypothalamo -pituitary-adrenal (HPA)axis, and influence female's reproductive endocrine function at all three levels of the hypothalamo-pituitary-ovary(HPO)axis. The mechanisms that stress's influence on female's reproductive endocrine function involve CRH, GCS and β-EP overreleases induced by stress, while sensitivity of individuals to stress is linked to activities of the serotoninergic and GABAergic neurons.
