摘要
目的对忍冬藤的化学成分进行研究。方法采用大孔吸附树脂法、硅胶柱色谱进行成分提取、分离,运用MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱数据确定其结构。结果从忍冬藤中分离得到2个环烯醚萜苷化合物,分别是马钱素(I)和当药苷(II)。结论化合物I、II均为首次从该植物的茎枝中发现。
OBJECTIVE To research chemical constituents from Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae. METHODS The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on macroreticular resin and silica gel. Their structures were identified by MS, ^1HNMR and ^13C-NMR spectral analysis. RESULTS Two iridoid glycosides were obtained and identified as loganin （Ⅰ） and sweroside （Ⅱ）. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ are isolated from the Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae for the first time.
