摘要
本文由介电张量导出了磁光效应的两个重要公式，所得结果与文献中所用公式完全相同，进而讨论了介电张量与磁光效应的内在联系．
The two important formula of magneto-onptical effect have been obtained by permittivity tensor in this paper.The obtained results are same as references.The relations between the permittivity tensor and magneto-optical effect have been discussed.
