摘要
提出了超塑性形变机制的”Y型晶粒粘性挤人模型”.认为依靠晶内滑移和晶界原子较长距离的扩散,使晶界变成流态化区,创造了晶态材料产生粘性、品字形分布的晶粒在流态化区发生滑动,通过相互挤入,使拉伸应力方向上的晶粒数目不断增大而实现无缩颈,异常大的均匀延伸.
According to the expenriment results .The anter Proposes the mechanism of Superplatic deformation'Y─ type grain boundary viscous squeezing model',and it was considered that superplastic deformation of metallic materials is a vis cous deforming process of the fluidized -zone of grain boundary. This fluidized ─ zone of grain boundary in crystalling materials is caused by the plaastic deformation of grains and grain boundaries as wall as the diffusion of atoms. if is a assential prerequiste for Producing the superplasticity that all or most of grain boundaries become the fluidized ─ zone, no ─ necking, unusual and uniform elongation results form plastic deformtion induced viscoms deformation of grain boundary. Superplasticity obtained in metalic materials become great with enhancing viscous? deformation of grain boundary.
