摘要
本文讨论稳定的特征函数ｆ（ｔ）具有的范式，给出稳定族的一个充分证明，从而得到稳定族的一个充分必要条件．
In this paper, we discuss the normal form of steady characteristic function f (t). and a sufficient of the steady variety is given. Then a necessary and sufficient condition of steady varity is obtained
