摘要
本文根据位错的弹性理论，考虑到镀层内不同相成份及晶粒碎化的影响，提出了利用Ｘ—ｒａｙｓ衍射线形分析理论，计算超硬镀层显微维氏硬度的一种有效的无损检测方法。
In the paper, considering of effect of different phase and fragmental crystalite in the surface coating, we bring up the method of caculating ultra hard coating's Hv by use of X-rays diffraction line analysing method and elastic theory of dislocation. The method it effective nondestructive.
