摘要
Nb是ASME标准要求的2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢埋弧焊焊缝中必须添加的元素。Nb可提高焊缝的高温强度和抗蠕变强度,但Nb会降低焊缝的韧性。通过试验研究了不同Nb含量对熔敷金属组织和性能的影响。分析指出,Nb可细化熔敷金属晶粒并提高强度,但会使熔敷金属脆化,应对其含量加以控制。
Nb is the dement that must be insist in 2.25 Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel submerged are welding weld metal which is demanded in ASME CODE CASE. And also, it can improve weld metal' s high temperature strength and creep strength. But Nb can degrade wdd metal toughness. The effect of different Nb content on deposited metal nfierostrueture and property was investigated. It indicate that Nb can fine deposited metal grain and increase strength, but it can embrittle deposited metal. So its content in deposited metal must be controlled.
