输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光治疗输尿管结石68例的体会

摘要 随着技术和设备的不断进步,输尿管结石的治疗现多采用无创或微创的方法,包括体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)、腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术和输尿管镜下体内碎石术,而输尿管镜下碎石术有超声碎石术、液电碎石术、气压弹道碎石术和激光(钬激光或双频双脉冲激光)碎石术。我院自2004年4月至2004年12月应用输尿管镜双频双脉冲激光共治疗68例输尿管结石患者,疗效满意,现报道如下。
