摘要 硬皮病是一种以局限性或弥漫性皮肤硬化或伴有内脏器官纤维化为特征的结缔组织病,目前尚无特效的药物和满意的疗法。UVAI(340~400 nm)作为一种较新的光学疗法为硬皮病提供了新的治疗手段并已取得了较为满意的疗效。UVA1照射可促进真皮成纤维细胞上基质金属蛋白酶的表达,抑制胶原合成,减少炎症细胞浸润,在临床上表现为原先硬化的皮肤软化。近年来,诸学者对不同剂量UVA1治疗硬皮病的疗效进行了观察并探讨了UVA1治疗硬皮病的可能的机制。 Scleroderma is a connective disease characterized by localized or diffuse sclerosis of skin and/or fibrosis of various internal organs. Its treatment is difficult and remains a great challenge. Ultraviolet AI (340 ~400nm) presents a new phototherapy for scleroderma with satisfactory efficiency. UVAI irradiation has been shown to be able to increase the expression of matrix metalloproteinase in dermal fibroblasts, suppress collagen synthesis, reduce inflammatory cell infiltration and to induce the softening of sclerotic lesions. Recently, several studies have evaluated the therapeutic effect of UVA1 irradiation with different doses in the treatment of scleroderma and possible mechanisms in the treatment.
