摘要
纳米技术是20世纪80年代末期诞生的一项具有发展潜能的认识微观世界的新技术,近年来发展迅猛,在各学科的研究中产生了巨大的影响。纳米技术介入生物医学领域,为其研究提供了新的途径,人们探索在纳米尺度上认识生物大分子结构及其与功能的联系,利用纳米微粒进行细胞染色、生物显像,研制基因载体和药物载体用于治疗疾病等,已初步显示出巨大的优越性及广阔的前景。
Nanotechnology is a new promising technique used to recognize the microwodd emerging in the end of 1980's. With rapid development in recent years, it has had a profound effect on the research of various subjects. For example, it provides new approaches to the study of biomedicines and has shown vast advantage as well as broad prospects in this field.Investigations have been made in the relationship between the structure and function of biological macromolecules at nanometer scales. Nanoparticles have been applied in cell staining, biological imaging, delivery of gene and drug for the therapy of diseases, etc. The application of nanotechnology in dermatology is reviewed in this paper.
