摘要
随着高等教育大众化的到来,高校毕业生尤其是高职毕业生生源人数远远大于市场需求。从不同角度分析了高职毕业生存在的就业问题,针对高职生就业存在的诸多现实问题,提出了相应对策和思路。
Along with the popularization of the higher education, the number of graduates of the high educational schools especially the high vocational schools are much more than those of the market demand. This paper analyzes the existent employment problems of higher vocational school graduate students from different points of view. Aiming at many realistic employment problems of the senior high vocational school graduate students, I bring forward the correspond countermeasures and thoughts.
