摘要
在电机倒拖运行内燃机传热模型的基础上,考虑实际柴油机着火工作时燃烧放热率及燃烧引起的紊流运动对缸内传热的影响,发展了一个柴油机燃烧室局部瞬态对流换热预测模型.模型数值计算采用了SIMPLE算法.与不同转速、负荷、进气涡流比和压缩比时传热率的实测结果比较表明,本文所建立的模型能较好的预测不同参数变化时的局部瞬态对流换热.
On the basis of the previous heat transfer model in a motored engine developed earlier, a new model has been developed which can be used to predict the local and instantaneous convective heat transfer in a fired diesel engine cylinder. The effects of the heat release rate and the turbulence caused by the combustion on heat transfer are considered in the model. SIMPLE algorithm was used in the numerical computation. The comparison of the model predictions with the experiments under different speed, load, intake swirl ratio and compression ratio turns out to be satisfactory.
