摘要
简单介绍了触发真空开关(TVS)的基本结构和工作原理,对初始等离子体的产生和扩展所涉及的物理过程进行了详细地分析,说明了等离子体的扩展过程实际上是近阴极区等离子体鞘层的增长过程,给出了起动时延和导通时延与触发结构和触发特性参数间的关系。
The basic structure and working mechanism of TVS (abbreviations of Triggered Vacuum Switches) are briefly introduced,while the processes of primary plasma pfoduction and expansion are analyzed. It proves that the expansion of primary plasma is the growth of near cathode plasma sheath. The dependence of trigger time delay and switching time delay on trigger unit structure and parameters is described.
