摘要
麻醉过程中脑血流的变化及其调节非常复杂而TCD可对脑血流进行无创的实时监测操作简单、可重复性强是一种日益成熟和完善的脑血流监测方法在临床工作和科研实验中具有广阔的应用空间，本文对国内外相关研究进行综述。
The changes of cerebral blood flow during anesthesia are very complicated, while TCD technique can provide a noninvasive, real time, simple monitoring during anesthesia. In recent years, TCD technique has been widely used in the field of clinical anesthesia research. The related literatures are briefly reviewed in this article.
