摘要
目的总结眼球挫伤的眼底血流动力学观察的要点及护理措施。方法回顾性总结76例眼球挫伤患者的观察及护理要点。结果本组无1例出现严重的并发症;视力提高57例(75.0%),保持不变16例(21.1%),降低3例(3.9%)。结论适当的体位,有效的心理护理,严密的病情观察和眼底血流动力学观察对挽救病人视力,提高治疗的效果具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the nursing care of ocular contusion. Methods The nursing care upon 76 patients with ocular contusion was retrospectively summarized. Results No complication occurred. The vision was improved in 57 （75.0%） patients, remained the same in 16 （21.1% ） patients and became worse in 3 （3.9%） patients. Conclusion With the suitable posture, appropriate psychological nursing, close observation of ocularhemodymics, patients＇ vision can be improved significantly.
