摘要
结合C6132机床的数控改造设计,论述了数控车床滚珠丝杠副设计的方法和步骤,着重探讨了丝杠副的寿命和刚度的设计．通过对选用滚珠丝杠的注意事项分析和对选定的滚珠丝杠的校核,充分保证了机床加工精度稳定、可靠,有效地提高了产品质量和加工效率．
The method and process for design the ball screw of CNC-lathe, especially the life and rigidity is discussed with design C6132 lathe. Through the analyzing for the proceeding and the check for chosen roller, it proves that the lathe works stably and reliably, and improves the quality and efficiency effectively.
