摘要
全装修成品房的定义是房屋交房前，套内所有功能空间的固定面和管线全部铺装或粉刷完成．厨房和卫生间的基本设施全部安装到位，但全装修成品房并不很成熟。因此，就全装修成品房的室内环境进行探讨．主要对室内环境的空气品质、光环境、声环境等方面可能出现的问题以及相应的预防和治理措施进行讨论。
The definition of the completely decorated flat is the flat in which before it is handed over, all the fixed surfaces and the pipelines of the functional space have been completely paved or whitewashed, the basic facility of the kitchen and the bathroom has been installed completely. Because this technology is not mature , so the paper discussed the indoor environment of the completely decorated flat, mainly about the questions which could appear possibly as well as the corresponding prevention and dealing measures about the indoor air quality.
