摘要
文章从研究乳化炸药作功能力的影响因素出发,研制了一种配方简单、成本低、作功能力高、贮存期长、药态硬、不含单质炸药及金属粉末的岩石乳化炸药。由于采用了降温乳化技术和乳化促进技术,降低了乳化温度、乳化转速,提高了生产的本质安全性。
A kind of rock emulsion explosive which possess simple component,low cost,high strength,long storage life,rigid drug state,and without containing single explosive and metal powder is studied in this paper by studying the effect factors of the emulsion explosive strength. The safety in the production is enhanced by adopting the technology to reduce the emulsification temperature and accelerate emulsification,which makes emulsion proceed at lower temperature and rotate speed.
