摘要
本文在评述桐荣良三和夏诚意方法的基础上,提出了计算粒子加速区管长和时间的新方法。新方法将加速区分成若干段,经过适当的简化,导出了适用于一个段的一系列计算式,其中最主要的有三个,一个是由传热方程式导出的,用来计算本段结束时的相对速度uri,另外两个是由加速度方程式导出的,用来根据uri求本段所需管长ΔL和经历的时间Δt,整个计算中完全不需要图解积分或数值积分,比桐荣的方法大为简化,而旦准确性较高。
A new method has been presented for calculating the length of the accelerating region in a flash drier. The particle-accelerating region is divided into sections so that in each of the sections the relationship between the acceleration and the relative velocity is approximately linear. Several working equations have been derived and can be used for any of the sections when Re_=1~500. The principal ones are. 1. The equation derived from the differential equation for heat transfer. 2. The equation derived from the differential equation for acceleration. They are accurate enough for engineering calculation.
