摘要
以学生为中心的教学方法和能力本位的教学材料开发是澳大利亚职业教育系统性、科学性的具体体现。前者遵循平等参与原则,让一切教学活动围绕学习者需求及其能力塑造而开展,主要有主题教学法、互动式教学法、分组教学法和角色扮演法;后者体现了前者的操作性。可分为分析、设计、开发、试行、评估修改等环节,明确各章节的学习目的与学习阶段。采用自主学习策略,注重开发学生综合能力的鉴定工具和多层次的评估体系,体现出弹性的学习方式。
Teaching method centered by students and teaching materials based on competency are embodiment of systemization and scientificity of vocational education in Australia. The former comply with the principle of equal participation, and make all teaching activities surround by learners" demand and their abilities shaping, the main methods are: theme teaching method, interactive teaching method, grouping teaching method, and roll playing method; the later represent the operation of the former, and can divide into the following steps: analyzing, designing, developing, trying out, evaluating and modifying, which define clearly learning objectives and learning phases of every chapter, adopt independent learning strategy, pay attention to develop identifying tools and multi-layer evaluation system for students' comprehensive abilities, and manifest flexible learning mode.
