摘要
对绍兴市学校和社区教育合作实施情况及参与方对合作的主观认识的调查表明:学校、家庭、社区都能认识到合作的重要性,但实际参与程度不高。表现为:教师接受社区邀请时附带条件;教师对家长和社区参与学校管理持怀疑态度;家长对学校了解程度不高;社区假期活动缺乏吸引力。当前,构建学校——社区教育共同体还面临区域教育发展不平衡,学校、家庭、社区教育资源共享困难,关系无法理顺,社区教育实体和场所缺失等问题。
Taking Shaoxing as research object, the author investigate the cooperation between school and community education and the stakeholders' subjective cognition to the cooperation, results show that: school, families and community all can recognize the importance of cooperation, but the practical participation degree isn't high, which embody in: teachers usually put forward additional conditions when invited by community; teachers take suspicious attitude to the fact that parents and community can participate in the management of school; parents usually can't have comprehensive cognition to school; holiday activities which community hold lack of attraction. Nowadays, the construction of an entire community of higher education institution-communlty education encounter many other problems, such as the imbalance of educational development, the difficulty in sharing resources and the unclear relations of school, families and community, etc.
