锁骨下淋巴结阳性乳腺癌组织雌激素受体、孕激素受体和c-erbB-2的表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 探讨2000~2005年87例乳腺癌改良根治术患者锁骨下淋巴结阳性标本雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及c-erbB-2的表达情况及临床意义,结果 显示锁骨下淋巴结转移乳腺癌表现出ER、PR的低表达率和c-erbB-2高表达率,为术后综合治疗、准确分期及预后判断提供科学依据。
