亚低温对重型颅脑损伤早期血糖和血白细胞的影响 被引量:4

Effects of subhypothermia treatment on blood sugar concentration and white blood cell at early stage of severe brain injury

摘要 目的探讨亚低温治疗对重型颅脑损伤早期血糖(BS)和血白细胞(WBC)的影响。方法符合入选条件的56例急性重型颅脑损伤患者,随机分为亚低温治疗组(亚低温组)和常规治疗组(对照组)各28例,检测每例患者治疗前后BS和WBC,观察其变化趋势。结果2组病例伤后早期BS和WBC均升高,但低温组更早趋向正常,对照组下降较缓慢。结论重型颅脑损伤早期,亚低温治疗能促进伤后升高的BS和WBC更快下降并趋于恢复正常,提示亚低温治疗能减轻患者过于强烈的应激反应,从而有助于保护脑组织,减轻继发性脑损伤。 Objective To explore the effects of subhy'pothermia treatment on blood sugar concentration and white blood cell (WBC) at early stage of severe brain injury. Methods Fifty-six patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into two groups: subhypothermia group ( subhypothermia treatment, n = 28) and control group ( routine treatment, n = 28). The blood sugar concentration and WBC were determined before and after the treatment in every patient. Results The blood sugar concentration and WBC were increased at the early stage of severe brain injury and then decreased to normal level. The decrease in the patients of subhypothermia group was earlier than the control group. Conclusion At early stage of severe brain injury, subhypothermia treatment can alleviate the level of stress reaction so that the damage of brain tissue and secondary injury can be decreased.
