摘要
目的：观察国产奈达铂（NDP）＋氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）方案治疗食管癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法：观察组为NDP／5-FU方案：NDP80～100mg／m^2，静滴，第1天，5-FU500～750mg／m^2，静滴，第1～5天，每28天为1周期，2—3周期为1疗程。对照组为顺铂（DDP）／5-FU方案：DDP80～100mg／m^2，静滴，第1天，5-FU500～750mg／m^2，静滴，第1～5天，每28天为1周期，2～3周期为1疗程。结果：以化疗后复查上消化道造影肿瘤缩小程度作为评价标准，可评价疗效54例，其中NDP／5-FU方案治疗27例，有效率为51．9％（14／27）；DDP／5-FU方案治疗27例，有效率为48．1％（13／27），两组有效率无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制等毒副反应观察组较对照组明显为轻（P〈0．05）。结论：奈达铂是治疗食管癌的有效药物，联合5-FU方案与DDP／5-FU方案疗效相近，但胃肠道反应及血液学毒性明显减轻。
Objective：To observe the effects and toxicity of china-made nedaplatin with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods ：Observing group NDP/5-FU regiment： received nedaplatin 80 - 100mg/m^2 on day 1 and 5-fluorouracil 500 - 750 mg/m^2 on day 1 - 5. Control group ： DDP/5-FU regiment received displatin 80 - 100mg/m^2 on day 1 and 5-Fluorouracil 500 -750 mg/m^2 on day 1 -5. In both groups per 28 days was a cycle , one course consisted 2 cycles. Results ：The decrease of the tumor size after chemotherapy is the standard. 27 patients were in observing group, the other 27 patients were in control group. The response rate of 27 esophageal carcinoma treated by NDP/5-FU was 51.9% （ 14/27 ）, 27 patients treated by DDP/5-FU was 48. 1% （ 13/27 ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The two groups have no significant difference. Conclusion： China-made nedaplatin is effective in treating advanced esophageal cancer. The response rate is the same with DDP/5-FU regiment. The gastrointestinal effects of NDP/5-FU group is lighter than DDP/5-FU group.
